  • Data Subject: An individual whose personal information is collected, used, or stored by Megalith.

4. Principles of Confidentiality

We adhere to the following principles to protect confidential information:

  1. Access Restriction: Confidential information is only accessible to authorized personnel who require it to perform their duties.

5. Employee and Partner Obligations

Employees, contractors, and vendors must:

  • Report any suspected breaches of confidentiality immediately.

7. Data Retention and Disposal

8. Breach of Confidentiality

A breach occurs when confidential information is accessed, disclosed, or used without authorization.
In the event of a breach:

  • Affected parties will be notified, as required by law.

  • Disciplinary action, up to and including termination, may be taken against those responsible.

9. Review and Updates
